Bruce Minkoff was admitted to practice in New York in 1983. He has been with our firm since 1991 and previously practiced law in New York City.

Throughout his career, Mr. Minkoff’s practice has focused on civil litigation. He has extensive experience at the trial and appellate court levels in real estate, corporate and commercial litigation. Mr. Minkoff’s areas of practice include mortgage foreclosures, contract disputes, business ownership disputes, property rights disputes and representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Minkoff has successfully briefed and argued dozens of appeals, including appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and in the First, Second and Third Judicial Departments of the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court.

Mr. Minkoff is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, including its Federal & Commercial Litigation. Mr. Minkoff graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York, College at Brockport in 1979 and from Boston University School of Law in 1982.
