Mr. Dubow has been practicing law since 1981. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as in the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Dubow has focused his career as a Litigator in the practice areas of Matrimonial Law, Domestic Relations, Family Law, Complex Commercial and Real Estate litigation matters as well as transactional Business Law for over forty years. Mr. Dubow has appeared extensively and conducted trials in the Supreme Courts in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange and Rockland Counties as well as the Supreme Courts in New York City.

In the last five years, Mr. Dubow has developed a subspecialty in Matrimonial Law as a trained Collaborative Attorney and Mediator. These areas have allowed Mr. Dubow to offer clients an alternative to litigating matrimonial matters in court, thereby empowering clients with his vast knowledge and able assistance to control the manner in which they resolve their marital disputes by working together rather than placing the decision-making for themselves and their children in the hands of third parties.

In addition to his litigation trial practice at the Supreme Court level, Mr. Dubow has practiced extensively in the Appellate Courts of the State of New York, successfully arguing numerous cases in both the First and Second Departments.

Mr. Dubow is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, International Association of Collaborative Professionals and the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals and has been chosen by Super Lawyers and Lawyers of Distinction for his excellence in Family and Divorce Law. Mr. Dubow graduated from the New York State University, Binghamton in 1977 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1980.
